    Love this cookbook that is geared to me and my blood type only! I do not like when it includes all blood types because most of the time your partner does not want to follow a new way of eating. I have tried a few recipes so far and have thoroughly enjoyed them including the Lemon ginger salmon! Yum! Best recipe book ever!

    When I received my cookbook I became even more excited at all the possibilities for my palate. These options make adherence to my new resolve more likely to succeed. I hope there is a followup cookbook to come.
