Blood Type O

Serves 1-2

Ingredients:

*Almond milk is an Avoid for Type O non-secretors. Substitute rice milk.

Right 4 Your Type toppings:

  • Banana
  • Goji berries
  • Blueberries
  • Mango / Dried mango

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, pulse together the smoothie ingredients until smooth. Add a little more almond (or rice) milk or water if you prefer a more fluid consistency.
  2. Sprinkle toppings and enjoy!

Blood Type A

Serves 1-2

Ingredients:

*You can buy beets pre-cooked or peel and steam them for 15 minutes.

Right 4 Your Type toppings:

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, pulse together the Uniblend protein powder, strawberries, beets, spinach and almond milk until smooth, adding a little more almond milk or water if you prefer a more fluid consistency. Then pulse in the blackberries and blueberries to create a berry swirl in your smoothie.
  2. Sprinkle toppings and enjoy!

Blood Type B

Serves 1-2

Ingredients:

Right 4 Your Type toppings:

  • Banana, banana chips
  • Cranberries
  • Hemp seeds
  • Pineapple, dried pineapple
  • Oats, natural unsweetened granola

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, pulse together the smoothie ingredients until smooth. Add a little more almond milk or water if you prefer a more fluid consistency.
  2. Sprinkle toppings and enjoy!

Blood Type AB

Serves 1-2

Ingredients:

Right 4 Your Type toppings:

  • Cherries
  • Cranberries
  • Jackfruit
  • Peanuts
  • Plums
