Types O & B
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Cocoa flavored Uniblend Protein Powder
- 2 cups oats* or millet
- 1½ cup cups almond milk**
- 1 banana
- 2 pears
- ½ cup banana chips
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs or chocolate chips
- 1-2 tsp agave syrup, optional
*Oats are an Avoid for Type O non-secretors. Substitute millet.
**Almond milk is an Avoid for Type O non-secretors. Substitute rice milk.
Instructions:
- Chop one of the pears and stew in a saucepan with a little water over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until soft and broken down.
- Mash the banana. In a bowl, mix together the Cocoa flavored Uniblend Protein Powder, oats (or millet), almond milk (or rice milk), mashed banana and stewed pear until combined. Taste and sweeten with a little agave syrup if preferred.
- Transfer the overnight oats mixture into bowls or glasses and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
- Slice the remaining pear. To serve, evenly top with banana chips, sliced pear and cacao nibs or chocolate chips. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
Types A & AB

- 2 tbsp cacao nibs or chocolate chips
- 1-2 tsp agave syrup, optional
